Appointment Policy

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment with your mobile phone on silent mode. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced in consideration for the next client.

You will be sent an SMS reminder 1 to 2 days prior to your appointment.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel, please give us more than 24 hours notice. Bookings cancelled with less than 24hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment value to your credit card or will be deducted off the value of your gift voucher.
